RESPECT works with nonprofit organizations throughout the State of Florida to provide these products and services to you. Our products and services span technologies and industries, providing a wide array of training opportunities for Florida's citizens with disabilities.

 Partnership Provides New Milestone in SunPass Success
Earlier this year, Florida's Turnpike reached a new milestone when the four millionth SunPass transponder was activated. Helping achieve this significant accomplishment was RESPECT of Florida, a non-profit agency who has provided SunPass transponder packaging services to Florida's Turnpike since 2007. RESPECT of Florida helps disabled Florida citizens reach their potential through gainful employment. AUTHORIZATIONS
|
|
|
In accordance with Section 413.036, Florida Statutes, all purchases of commodities and services on the RESPECT procurement list shall be made under the terms, prices, and conditions of the procurement list by agencies of the state and any political subdivision of the state.
Competitive Bidding Exemption:
In the purchase by ordering office of commodities and services on the procurement list, purchasing offices are exempt from the competitive bidding requirements of Chapter 287, Part I, Florida Statutes, or other applicable local ordinances- Section 60E-1.005, Florida Administrative Code.
